Market, a restaurant created by one of the world's most famous chefs, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, recently opened a Boston location in the W Hotel. The restaurant wanted to demonstrate their farm-to-table sensibility so they engaged the how2heroes/Rival team to film the Chef and General Manager shopping at the Farmers' Market near the restaurant, and then going back to the kitchen and making a beautiful seasonal dish. This video is being shown throughout the hotel to guests.
