Rival designed a new site for Sperry Top-Sider that brought their positioning, "passion for the sea in, on and around the water," to life online. In addition to re-architecting the site to create a better shopping experience, Rival designed a space for customers to celebrate the nautical lifestyle. We created a community section which enabled users to share their nautical adventures. We also created a blog and advised on creating a team of Sperry bloggers to share events, behind-the-scenes designs and more. Sperry site metrics after launch: visits up 25%, overall customer satisfaction increased 4%, store locator visits increased 10%, additional revenue came from new "Shop by Activity" pages.
